Good Morning Mountain View! Today is Monday, March 16th, day 2.

At this time, please rise for the pledge to the flag. 

Today’s lunch is garlic french bread pizza; chicken tenders; sub, sandwich; wrap or salad; cheese burger; tater tots; fruit and milk. 

Girls Soccer tryouts are canceled today. 7th and 8th graders interested in trying out will come Tuesday and Wednesday 3:30-5:00pm. 

Attention creative writers! Creative Writing Club meets today after school in room 212. Our last meeting is the 23rd.

Do you want to learn how to make a website, video game, or any other programming project? Mountain View Hacks is back for its fourth year, and it is a beginner-friendly introduction to programming, along with a week-long competition where you work with your friends to make any project you want. 

There will be tons of prizes for everyone, plus even more prizes for the best projects! It will be during period 9 on Wednesday, March 18th, and you must join the Schoology Group via the code on Dr. Snell’s Schoology post. Contact Pranav Behal or Mrs. Dudeck with any questions.

Today’s lunch is garlic french bread pizza; taco; sub, sandwich, wrap or salad; chicken patty; refried beans; fruit and milk. 

The Builder’s Club has a meeting on Thursday, March 19th in the Cafeteria after school.  Remember to sign up for the club bus or have a family member pick you up at 4:30pm.  We will be making snuffle mats for the Animal Humane Society.  If you have any questions reach out to Mrs. Luckenbill or Mrs. White.

March 9th - 13th

Good Morning Mountain View! Today is Monday, March 9th, day 3.

At this time, please rise for the pledge to the flag. 

Today’s lunch is stuffed crust pizza; salisbury steak; sub, sandwich; wrap or salad; cheeseburger; mashed potatoes with gravy; fruit and milk. 

8th graders, you can meet CVHS JROTC Cadets at your lunch on Tuesday, March 10th. The cadets will be walking around lunch to tell you about their program, activities, uniforms and competitions. Ask them questions to learn more about CVHS JROTC. 

Attention 7th and 8th graders trying out for the middle school track and field team: Tryouts are today, Tuesday, and Wednesday after school. In order to try out, you MUST have submitted your PIAA physical forms on Rank One and come to tryouts all three days. On Monday after dismissal, meet in the cafeteria to see the coaches before going outside. Parents should pick you up at 5:15pm at Mountain View each day.

Attention creative writers! We meet today, March 9th, after school in room 212. Our last meeting this year will be held on March 23rd. Hope to see you there!

Debate Club members — our meeting today will be held in room 244 from 3:30-4:1pm.  Please make sure you have a ride or sign up for the club bus.  See you then!
